Nearly seventeen years ago, we began a journey that changed our lives. At that time we were successful business leaders but we did not really own our lives. Today, it would be hard to recognise us. We have carved out a very different life; one that we love. |

Our home in the heart of the Alpujarran Mountains in Southern Spain is an essential part of that. It's a farm, a retreat centre, a music studio, a creative writing location. Most of all, it's a place where we have found peace, tranquility, extraordinary beauty and the energy to be creative. |

Our lives are guided by the Blueprint. Ellen Epstein, who provides the mandalas on our website, channeled the Blueprint in answer to the question; "What are we here to be and do?" So it is our life's work. We use it to show people a different way and, if they resonate with it, how to live it. If you come to Cortijo Rosina, you'll get a chance to experience it practise. |

Expanding |
Our world would be a different place if we were to fill it with positive, loving, truthful energy through our thoughts, words and deeds. This means speaking our truth; lovingly, compassionately, tenderly and consistently. It also means allowing others to speak theirs. And it means choosing the interpretations on life that support this. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Balance, |
Balance in life frees us up to live life purposefully.Growth means welcoming opportunities for our own personal development even when that's uncomfortable. Ease is a feeling of effortlessness in what we do because our actions are a true reflection of who we are. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Letting go of |
Greatness happens when we learn to trust that everything in life is unfolding perfectly. To be this, we have to stop trying to control the way things or people turn out, just be in the moment and stay unattached to a particular outcome. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Work centred |
Work in this context means any "doing" activity. It's carried out with commitment, passion and love. It is the manifestation of who we really are. Being of service is effortless and rewarding for the receiver and the giver. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Working together |
Everyone around us is there to help create and bring forth the highest vision for ourselves. And we are in people's lives to help them. It means working together and being imaginative, creative, collaborative and fearless. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Supporting each other |
Love is all there is. To live this way means accepting everyone in our lives lovingly. They are there for a purpose. This will often challenge our prejudices and call for forgiveness and acceptance. Even the most complex and difficult relationships have a purpose and are there to serve us on our journey. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Opening to |
There is no limit to what is possible for us. The trouble is we get in our own way! In being open to expanded possibilitites, we continually challenge ourselves to push out the boundaries. We create the space to try things out, to fail, to learn, to try again. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Oneness |
We are all one. There is no separation between any of us. What we do to one, we do to all, including self. Once we come to recognise this, we relate differently to everyone we come into contact with. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Bringing harmony |
Harmony within starts by knowing that we are responsible for everything that has happened to us. When we have this understanding, we are able to express however we feel from a place of responsibility. No more dumping our "stuff" on others. | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Clearing all |
What gets said and what we make it mean depends on our interpretation. In every case,we have the choice about that. None of it means anything until we give it meaning and when we do, we are responsible for living out of those choices. |
