Cortijo Rosina is our home in the Alpujarras Mountains, Southern Spain. It is the place for total peace and tranquility. Come and catch your breathe, take stock, redesign your life or just chill out. Relaxation, renewal and transformation await you. |
Come meet Scruffi. He thinks the 40 acres is his. He'll happily show you round. The pace of life here is slow and simple. Mostly that's great. Sometimes it's not! For example, we have mains water. It frequently gets turned off. But we have mountain spring water too. It tastes beautiful but its flow depends on the rainfall. |

Our solar power is like running our own mini-grid here. Now I know why my Dad always told me to switch the lights out when I'm not in a room! |
We keep it this simple because we enjoy being self sufficient. It's not for everyone. There's no shortage of warm welcomes for our visitors, however! |
